Bio: Born  in 1990 “Oteng Motsepe Morolo”, also known as “OT” is a South African rapper and music writer from Temba Hammanskraal, a township north of Pretoria. The rapper has been recording music since 2010, though he has a back-round in music dating back to his younger years when he was still twelve years old and part of a group called “Enigma”, consisting of three vocalists including himself. Years later he would finally decide to put all his energy into music once again and make a name for himself in the industry. Known for his ability to make “feel good music”, OT has captured the attention of quiet a number of artists and fans alike, gaining street cred and recognition along the way. OT dropped his first demo in 2011 and in the same year managed to get a managing deal with nicety entertainment run by Mpho Abraham Olifant. Working under his current recording label “Quick Cash Intruder Entertainment”(QCIE), he dropped his first mix-tape the following year In 2012 which consisted of fourteen tracks all recorded in one day, and named it “JUST A MIXTAPE”. This is what he had to say about the project. “This was something I’d been planning and rehearsing for some time but honestly did not think I would record it in one day, it wasn’t my intension, but the feel of the studio just got me in that mood where one track led to another and to my surprise I was done sooner than I anticipated”.

“The name ‘JUST A MIXTAPE’ was me saying just that, as good as it is it’s just a mix-tape! And there’s a lot more where that came from”.

In the same year his very first mix-tape dropped he was approached by an up-coming independent record label called “Game Changer Music”(GCM) owned by Moe, recognizing OT’s ability to go beyond local South African trending hip-hop which predominantly uses venac and his style of music which has potential to gain world recognition. OT made a merger with Game Changer Music and has since performed on various local platforms, including opening for well known local South African group “Morafe” on one occasion. In the same year he was approach by another upcoming label by the name “Hood Fame” to work on a mix-tape which dropped in 2014. Show casing great potential on and off stage, he is currently working on other music projects along with his QCIE team, hosting gigs and music launches for their upcoming singles, and gaining connections along the way, great things are in stall for the young rapper.
